ealytics is hiring: Customer Support Representative (Night Shift)

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative for a client operating in the global financial technology and hosting sector, providing dedicated servers, VPS hosting, and colocation services to customers worldwide.

This position requires strong communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to provide reliable customer support during overnight hours.

Location: Prishtina, Kosovo (In-person / Hybrid)

Schedule: Full-time, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via tickets, email, and chat.
• Provide first-line support for servers, hosting, connectivity, and service access.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to technical teams.
• Manage support tickets, document actions, and follow up on open issues.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Keep customers informed about progress, incidents, and resolutions.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and internet connectivity.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
• Availability to work the scheduled overnight shift consistently.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with VPS or dedicated hosting, networking, or cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Windows or Linux environments.
• Experience with ticketing systems or technical support tools.
