Dynamics Hub is hiring: Project Management & Accounting (PMA) Consultant
As a Project Management & Accounting (PMA) Consultant, you'll join our Dynamics 365 F&O delivery team and lead the functional design and implementation of the PMA module for international clients. You'll own the project-to-cash lifecycle in Dynamics 365 F&O — from project contracts and WBS through budgeting, forecasting, cost control, invoicing and revenue recognition.
This is a high-ownership functional role on enterprise-level, multi-country D365 programmes, working closely with Finance Leads, Solution Architects and Project Managers. You'll turn complex project-finance requirements into practical D365 solutions while enjoying genuine functional decision-making authority.

Responsibilities:
- Own the functional design and configuration of the Project Management & Accounting module across analysis, design, build, testing and deployment.
- Configure project contracts, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project budgeting and forecasting.
- Set up and validate project costing, invoicing, revenue recognition and estimate-to-complete processes.
- Ensure smooth integration between PMA and General Ledger, Procurement, AP/AR and Expense Management.
- Lead client requirement workshops and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Produce functional design documentation and support data migration, UAT and hypercare.
- Advise clients on best-practice project accounting processes and month-end reconciliation.
Additional Information:
- 5+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX functional consulting experience.
- At least 3 full-cycle implementations involving the Project Management & Accounting module.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting: project contracts, WBS, budgeting & forecasting, revenue recognition, WIP, cost control, project invoicing.
- Strong understanding of PMA integration with General Ledger, Procurement and AP/AR.
- Experience leading client-facing workshops and producing functional design documentation.
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident communication with international clients and stakeholders.
- Nice to have: Finance or accounting background (ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or equivalent); professional services or construction project accounting experience; Power BI for project financial reporting; Microsoft Dynamics certifications (MB-310, MB-300, MB-920).
