Inspector – HVAC Works

The HVAC Inspector position places you at the centre of the project’s mechanical ventilation and air conditioning works. You will monitor installation activities on site and verify that every system is delivered in line with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
Alongside field inspections, you will review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements, and keep detailed inspection records and progress documentation. Where workmanship or materials fall short, you will raise the non-conformity and follow it through.
You will also participate in testing and commissioning activities and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project teams to resolve technical issues. This role rewards precision and a methodical approach to quality control.
