For our office in Tirana we are looking for an Congress Senior Expert - Primary & Specialty Care that Assure the set up and organization of congresses (ECM courses, symposia, national and international conventions), in accordance with the corporate guidelines and in compliance with the existing laws restrictions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the organization of congresses which are planned in compliance with the Farmindustria Code of Ethics, ECM regulations and the corporate guidelines;
• Implement sponsoring, multiple and single sponsor conventions in line with the Code of Ethics, ECM regulations and the corporate guidelines;
• Ensure optimal management of external operators (travel agencies and providers);
• Ensure compliance with company processes and SOP regarding congresses;
• Support the Procurement Department in identifying a fleet of suppliers that comply with the standards of reliability, quality and economy;
• Manage contracts with suppliers (deliveries, filing, etc.);
• Handle the issuing of Purchase Requests (from compilation of the Purchase Requests to the actual Purchase Orders, to the insertion of the contracts into the Company software);
• Monitor the expenses related to congresses on an ongoing basis, taking care to immediately indicate any divergence;
• Calculate teaching – logistics – sponsoring expenses;
• Prepare and send to the internal departments, meeting deadlines and complying with corporate processes, the documentation required for preparation of the ministerial cases, when required, that are connected to the planned events;
• Insert all the documentation regarding congress and events into the Company tool;
• Handle the Field Force alignment process preparing and sending them the required documentation;
• Ensure the inclusion of practices in AIFA portal.

Qualifications:

• University Degree: Bachelor's or specialist degree;

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of basic IT applications;
• Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken)
