We are looking for a Payroll & HRIS Specialist to join our HR team, with primary responsibility for payroll processing, HRIS management and employee data accuracy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing and validating monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, absences, overtime, shifts, bonuses, allowances, and salary changes.
- Preparing and/or reviewing payroll calculations and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll, salary, attendance and other payroll matters.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee master data in the HRIS.
- Ensuring employee changes such as promotions, transfers, position and salary changes are correctly reflected in the system.
- Monitoring attendance and absenteeism through the HR system and preparing relevant reports and analysis.
- Maintaining headcount data and supporting regular HR reporting.
- Contributing to HRIS improvements and the implementation or activation of new HRIS modules and functionalities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Payroll, HRIS, HR operations, or a similar role, preferably within a large retail company or another fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Good understanding of payroll processes, payroll compliance and Albanian Labor Law.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Ability to work effectively with HR, line managers, Finance, and external technical support.
- Good command of English.
