On behalf of a leading international NGO in Albania, Dimension HR is seeking an experienced and strategic Growth & Fundraising Coordinator to lead Individual Giving, Donor Engagement, and Fundraising Campaigns across multiple channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in Fundraising, NGO Management, Sales Leadership, Business Development, or Project Coordination who are passionate about creating sustainable social impact while leading high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead and implement the organization's Fundraising Strategy across Face-to-Face (F2F), Digital Fundraising, and Donor Loyalty & Retention channels.
• Drive Donor Acquisition, Donor Engagement, and Donor Retention initiatives.
• Manage and coach the fundraising team to achieve ambitious performance targets.
• Monitor campaign KPIs, fundraising performance, ROI, donor growth, and retention metrics.
• Build strategic partnerships to expand fundraising opportunities.
• Ensure fundraising activities comply with organizational policies and international best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Fundraising, Individual Giving, Sales, Business Development, or Project Coordination.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience working with KPIs, CRM systems, or donor management platforms is considered an advantage.
• Fluent Albanian and good command of English.
