Your Role
A dedicated recruitment team is being set up in Prishtina for a client operating in the aerospace industry. In the position of Hiring Manager & Team Lead, you will oversee this team and make sure recruiters successfully find and engage suitable candidates for the client. A key part of the role is active sourcing. You will mentor the team, align priorities and sourcing efforts, assist with difficult searches, and stay involved in recruitment activities whenever necessary.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist the local recruitment team.
- Play an active part in sourcing candidates and reaching out to them.
- Create effective sourcing approaches and build talent pipelines.
- Help recruiters with complex searches and communication with candidates.
- Organize vacancies, team priorities, and recruitment activities.
- Maintain consistent recruitment quality and ensure documentation is accurate.
- Carry out initial candidate interviews when needed.
- Work in close coordination with the relevant recruitment stakeholders.
- Monitor recruiting results and keep improving sourcing processes.
Your Profile
- Excellent German language skills, preferably at C1 level or higher.
- Strong English skills for everyday communication.
- Background in recruiting, talent acquisition, active sourcing, HR, or a similar area.
- Prior experience in team leadership or coordination is considered an advantage.
- Solid understanding of proactive candidate sourcing.
- Professional and self-assured communication abilities.
- A structured, practical, and solution-focused way of working.
- An interest in the aerospace industry is a plus.
