As part of expanding its activities, our company is looking to hire a Sales Manager for the Western Balkans region (Croatia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kosovo), someone motivated and with good communication and negotiation skills, to further develop the sales network and increase the presence of our products in the market.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Developing and expanding the client network in the respective region.
• Identifying new clients and building long-term relationships with them.
• Managing and following up with existing clients.
• Promoting and selling the company’s products.
• Negotiating offers and business terms with clients.
• Monitoring the market and competition in the region.
• Meeting sales targets and reporting regularly to the company.
• Preparing reports and planning future objectives.

Required qualifications and skills

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the building materials sector.
• Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to create and develop lasting relationships with clients.
• Organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel within the covered region.
• Category B driving license.
• Basic computer knowledge.
