About this role

Mandarin & Vietnamese-Speaking Property Management VA

CS Outsource is hiring Mandarin- and Vietnamese-speaking Virtual Assistants to support property management operations.

We’re looking for candidates with strong communication skills and experience in property management, real estate, or related administrative operations. Buildium experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with residents/tenants in Mandarin or Vietnamese and English
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Follow up on maintenance requests and work orders
• Assist with resident and property-related inquiries
• Update and maintain accurate property and resident records in Buildium
• Handle administrative and data-entry tasks
• Track follow-ups, documentation, and outstanding requests
• Support the property management team with day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese, with strong English communication skills
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related role
• Buildium experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
