Your Role

As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee the daily housekeeping operations on assigned floors, ensuring that guest rooms, corridors, and public areas meet Marriott's quality and cleanliness standards.

You will serve as a key link between Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry teams to ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities on assigned floors
• Assign and monitor room attendants' daily tasks and performance
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate room readiness with Front Office, including arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and special requests
• Ensure rooms are properly maintained and report maintenance issues when required
• Support the preparation and inspection of VIP rooms
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and equipment usage
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and Marriott service standards
• Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members
• Assist with guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns professionally
• Prepare operational reports, shift handovers, and housekeeping documentation
• Coordinate with Laundry and Engineering departments to ensure efficient operations
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive working environment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of Housekeeping experience in a hotel environment
• Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Experience with Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset and passion for hospitality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
