About the Role

Our team is seeking a driven and goal-oriented Delegate Acquisition Representative to support our continued growth. This position is well suited to someone with strong communication abilities who likes developing professional connections and performing in a target-focused setting.

In this role, the Delegate Acquisition Specialist will focus on finding, approaching, and confirming senior executives for participation in exclusive executive networking events held across Europe and North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Source senior executive delegates for the events and projects assigned.
• Carry out proactive outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Establish and sustain relationships with potential delegates.
• Meet delegate acquisition goals for every project under your responsibility.
• Keep precise records of outreach activity and completed registrations.
• Communicate with senior executives in a professional manner while representing the company.

Compensation

Base Salary: €700 per month

Alongside the fixed salary, the role includes an uncapped performance bonus. Team members who regularly meet their monthly objectives may earn an additional €1,000+ per month, while top performers can earn considerably more.
