Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Teacher role based in Tirana, Albania. The Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons, adapting teaching methods and materials to the needs and abilities of each group of students. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering instruction, facilitating classroom activities, and assessing student progress. The Teacher will provide regular feedback to learners, maintain a structured and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborate with colleagues and school staff to align teaching practices with the school’s educational goals. The role also involves communicating with families when needed and participating in training or meetings to support ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering lessons to diverse groups of learners.
• Should possess Lesson Planning skills to create structured, goal-oriented, and engaging learning activities.
• Should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with students, families, and colleagues.
• Should possess Training and instructional skills to guide learners, provide feedback, and support skill development.
• Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children or young learners in a classroom or similar setting is beneficial.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics, foster an inclusive environment, and adapt to different learning styles.
• Proficiency in English and Albanian is an advantage, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.
