ClearSky Investment Group, a New York City property management company, is looking for a highly organized, detail-focused Leasing & Property Management Coordinator for its remote operations team in Kosovo. The position supports leasing activities, tenant communications, and property-management work for residential properties in NYC.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle email and telephone communication with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate leasing workflows, including applications, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Draft and maintain leases, related documentation, and property records.
• Monitor rent collections and overdue payments.
• Produce and send landlord billings when needed.
• Keep internal systems and spreadsheets up to date.
• Assist with everyday property-management and operational duties throughout assigned shifts.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Previous experience working remotely.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• A professional, solution-oriented communication style and the capacity to think creatively.
• A responsible, proactive, and detail-conscious approach.
• High accountability and the ability to manage assignments from beginning to completion.
• Effective time-management and research skills, along with creativity in identifying solutions.
