Role Description

This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in Tirana, Albania. The Real Estate Agent will identify and secure new listings, guide clients through property sales and rentals, and conduct property viewings and negotiations. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, advising on market trends and property values, preparing and reviewing necessary documentation, and coordinating with internal team members to ensure smooth transactions. The role involves maintaining an updated portfolio of properties, using digital tools and marketing strategies to promote listings, and upholding Century 21 Metropol’s standards of integrity, professionalism, and client-centered service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate transaction management and market analysis.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing techniques.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships.
• Relevant qualifications such as prior experience in residential or commercial real estate, familiarity with the Tirana property market, and proficiency with CRM and digital marketing tools are beneficial.
• A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in Albanian, and good working knowledge of English are preferred.
• Ability to work within a performance-driven environment, meet targets ethically, and collaborate effectively with a professional team.
