Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Event Audience Recruitment Manager located in Pristina. The Corporate Event Audience Recruitment Manager will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-level executives and industry leaders to attend corporate events. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential attendees, outreach through various platforms, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining relationships with industry professionals. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in research, prospecting, and identifying target audiences
• Skills in outreach, communication, and relationship-building
• Event planning and coordination skills
• Knowledge of corporate and industry trends
• Proficiency in using recruitment and outreach tools and platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar role or in the event management industry is a plus
