We are looking for a Data and Performance Analyst to develop reliable reporting and turn operational and commercial data into actionable business insights. Working with Oracle data and Power BI, you will support performance analysis and decision-making across our regional QSR operations.

What you will do

• Extract, clean, validate and transform data from Oracle and other business sources.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models and DAX measures that help teams understand performance and make informed decisions.
• Deliver daily and weekly operational reports and monthly management analysis, including KPI calculations and performance trends.
• Create reusable datasets and work with business teams to keep KPI definitions consistent across markets.
• Analyze restaurant and commercial performance to answer business questions, identify underlying causes and recommend practical improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT and source-system owners to resolve data issues, communicate limitations and improve reporting processes and automation.

What we are looking for

• Proven hands-on experience developing and maintaining data analysis, reports and dashboards.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Strong SQL skills, particularly in Oracle, including joins, CTEs, subqueries and window functions, with the ability to troubleshoot queries.
• Practical Power BI experience, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling and report optimization.
• Ability to validate and reconcile data, explain calculations and handle incomplete, inconsistent or duplicated records.
• Sound analytical judgment: you look beyond the numbers, test possible explanations and recommend realistic actions.
• Good professional English and the ability to explain findings clearly to technical colleagues, country management and senior leadership.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to balance regular reporting with ad-hoc analytical requests.
• Experience with automated data refreshes, KPI documentation and multi-country reporting is a plus.
