This role is ideal for a hands-on digital advertising professional who is ready to take the next step by supporting, mentoring, and developing junior team members.

You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are effectively managed, optimized, and continuously improved, while helping juniors develop their knowledge and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, KPIs, and overall results.
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Troubleshoot campaign or performance-related issues and provide practical solutions.
• Guide and support junior media buyers in their daily work.
• Stay up to date with advertising platforms, digital media trends, and industry developments.
• Work closely with the marketing team to achieve business and campaign objectives.
• Prepare and communicate performance insights and recommendations to the team.
• Take responsibility for improving processes and helping the team become more efficient.

Requirements

• Previous experience in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of KPIs, budgets, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and support less experienced team members.
• Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a strong advantage.
