About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior oRTB Account Manager to join our AdTech team and support the day-to-day management of Demand and Supply partners. This hands-on role combines account management, VAST and OpenRTB operations, partner communication, traffic monitoring, whitelist management, reporting, and performance optimization.
You will work directly with publishers, SSPs, DSPs, and demand partners, manage daily requests and updates, and ensure changes are implemented and documented internally. The role is suited to someone organized, comfortable with data and technical advertising platforms, and eager to grow in programmatic advertising, CTV, and AdTech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily communication with Demand and Supply partners via Microsoft Teams, Slack, and email.
- Support VAST and OpenRTB integrations, including endpoints, tags, placements, and partner configurations.
- Receive and manage demand partner whitelists (WLs), ensuring accurate updates in platforms and internal reports.
- Maintain records of partner configurations, WLs, endpoints, tags, campaigns, and optimization changes.
- Monitor requests, responses, impressions, fill rate, bid rate, win rate, CPM, revenue, and discrepancies.
- Identify unusual changes, performance drops, and delivery issues across Demand and Supply accounts.
- Follow up with partners on performance, traffic quality, targeting, WL updates, technical issues, and optimization opportunities.
- Assist with onboarding and integration of new Demand and Supply partners.
- Coordinate with technical and Ad Operations teams to troubleshoot integration, delivery, targeting, and traffic issues.
- Implement daily optimizations, including WL updates, traffic allocation changes, bid floor adjustments, and other configurations.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly performance reports.
- Follow partner requests and internal changes through to correct implementation.
- Stay current with OpenRTB, VAST, CTV, In-App advertising, SSP/DSP ecosystems, and programmatic monetization.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of programmatic advertising and the RTB ecosystem.
- Familiarity with OpenRTB and VAST, or strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn quickly.
- Understanding of publishers, SSPs, DSPs, Supply, and Demand relationships.
- Basic understanding of CPM, fill rate, bid rate, win rate, requests, impressions, and revenue.
- Strong attention to detail with IDs, tags, WLs, bundles, endpoints, and performance data.
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort working with reports and large datasets.
- Professional communication skills for working with international partners.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and ability to manage multiple partners and tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical, operations, and business teams.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, Ad Operations, account management, or digital media.
- Hands-on experience with OpenRTB integrations or VAST tags/endpoints.
- Familiarity with CTV and In-App Video advertising.
