Role Purpose
Leads the successful delivery of a range of non-formal education projects including Youth Connect and other externally funded projects and programmes as required. Ensures high-quality delivery from start to finish, including managing the contract or project plan, managing client or internal stakeholders, achieving reporting goals and meeting compliance standards.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain effective relationships with delivery partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders
Procure services and manage delivery partners to support programme implementation
Hold suppliers accountable for contractual commitments and agreed performance standards
Develop strong internal networks and foster cross-functional collaboration
Commercial and Financial Management:
Ensure robust financial planning in collaboration with Finance teams and maintain accurate financial year plans
Conduct timely monthly forecasting and reforecasting through SAP reporting and financial analysis
Monitor expenditure, outstanding purchase orders, and financial commitments; analyse variances and recommend corrective actions
Lead and coordinate client, partner, and organisational reporting, including financial reporting
Ensure compliance with organisational financial policies, procedures, and governance standards
Project Management:
Contribute to the development and implementation of Project Management Plans
Identify project risks and support effective mitigation strategies
Manage procurement, contracting, compliance, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure reports from grant recipients, consultants, and external partners are accurate and high quality
Manage project data, ensuring timely entry, quality assurance, and accurate record keeping
Support data collection activities, including the development of indicators and tools, and prepare progress reports
Business Development:
Support the development of high-quality commercial proposals and funding opportunities
Embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion principles throughout proposal development and programme design
Collaborate with business support teams to develop accurate costings and pricing models
Contribute to the identification and development of new business opportunities

Qualifications and Work Experience:
Degree and/or equivalent experience
Project management or equivalent qualification, or equivalent work experience
More than 2 years working in project or programme management
Experience of managing projects from start to finish and familiarity with project life cycles
Understanding of procurement, evaluation and reporting requirements of projects
Proven experience of managing project finances
Experience of managing stakeholders
Experience of using technology in project delivery
Good understanding and experience of supporting monitoring and evaluation
Desirable: experience and understanding of the youth skills and/or international development sectors
Important Information:
Language requirements: written and verbal proficiency in English and Albanian is required
