Trade and Marketing Data Analyst

Reports to: Regional Manager

Location: Kosovo

Job Overview:

The Trade and Marketing Data Analyst prepares, develops, and distributes daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the trade team and the wider organization, meeting the deadlines agreed in advance. The role also assists KA, Marketing, and the Trade Executive with report preparation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• University degree in a general, economic, or technical field.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively.
• Written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, with the capacity to introduce changes efficiently and launch new initiatives.
• Competent computer skills, including MS Office—particularly Excel—and Windows.
• Effective, goal-oriented management of external and internal partners and stakeholder groups.
• Strong references and well-developed ethical values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the organization.
• Assist the Trade and Marketing team in preparing ad hoc reports.
• Track, oversee, and report on the results of different trade activities, recommending follow-up actions based on performance findings.
• Develop monthly and weekly targets in line with trade team guidance and track their progress.
• Monitor and refresh census data in accordance with market development.
• Review and update the riss file each month.
• Help the KA executive prepare and finalize monthly and weekly reports.
• Support the trade team and the whole organization with Optimus, including sales reports, visit overviews, and pictures.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the line manager.

EHS/ESF

• Perform work in line with applicable legislation, company policies, and procedures concerning occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and fire safety. Ensure these are applied within the assigned area of work and that supervised employees comply with them.
• Apply measures that raise standards in the assigned area of responsibility in support of company occupational health and safety and environmental-protection objectives.
• Actively recommend initiatives that strengthen occupational health and safety and environmental protection.
