About the Role
- For our Central Management office - Recruitment Department - we are looking for a hands-on Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to candidate experience, in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Focus on quality over quantity, ensuring only well-evaluated candidates move forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal database
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on skills and fit
- Manage and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Ensure a structured and positive candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring processes
- Maintain accurate data and pipeline tracking in ATS (Recruit CRM)
- Handle recruitment administrative tasks on a daily basis (posting JDs, creating CV samples, weekly/monthly reports)
What We’re Looking For
- Completed education (preferably in IT, other fields acceptable)
- At least 4 years of experience in full recruitment cycle (ideally tech roles)
- Experience in technical recruitment (IT roles preferred)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to assess candidate quality beyond CV
- Organized, proactive, and ownership-driven
- Ability to recognize personality traits (reliability, trustworthiness, etc.)
- Bright, positive, and outgoing personality
- Fluent English (C1)

- Delivery of qualified candidates, not just volume
- Strong candidate experience with low drop-offs
- Clean, well-managed pipelines
