About the Role

  • For our Central Management office - Recruitment Department - we are looking for a hands-on Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to candidate experience, in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Focus on quality over quantity, ensuring only well-evaluated candidates move forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal database
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on skills and fit
  • Manage and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Ensure a structured and positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews and support hiring processes
  • Maintain accurate data and pipeline tracking in ATS (Recruit CRM)
  • Handle recruitment administrative tasks on a daily basis (posting JDs, creating CV samples, weekly/monthly reports)

What We’re Looking For

  • Completed education (preferably in IT, other fields acceptable)
  • At least 4 years of experience in full recruitment cycle (ideally tech roles)
  • Experience in technical recruitment (IT roles preferred)
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Ability to assess candidate quality beyond CV
  • Organized, proactive, and ownership-driven
  • Ability to recognize personality traits (reliability, trustworthiness, etc.)
  • Bright, positive, and outgoing personality
  • Fluent English (C1)

  • Delivery of qualified candidates, not just volume
  • Strong candidate experience with low drop-offs
  • Clean, well-managed pipelines
