BE Associates is looking for a Billing & Credit Control Specialist to join our team in Dragodan, Prishtina, supporting UK-based medical practices with their day-to-day billing, invoicing, and credit control activities.
Working Hours: 10:00 – 18:00
Location: Dragodan, Prishtina
Working Model: In-office for the first 3 months, with a hybrid working arrangement available thereafter
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing billing and invoicing for medical practices
- Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue payments
- Maintaining accurate financial and payment records
- Reconciling payments and identifying discrepancies
- Communicating professionally with clients regarding invoices and outstanding accounts
- Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets and financial trackers
- Managing billing-related communication through Microsoft Outlook
- Preparing regular reports on outstanding balances and payment status
- Supporting the wider finance and administrative team as required
What We're Looking For:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, financial data, and reports
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Previous experience in billing, credit control, accounting, or finance administration is an advantage
- Experience within healthcare or medical practices is beneficial but not essential
