Position overview

The team in Pristina is growing and seeks a Sales & Customer Service Representatives (Inbound Sales). This full-time, on-site night-shift role centers on high-quality customer support and a positive client experience. There is no cold calling: customers contact the company directly, and the representative helps them select the most suitable cover for their specific needs.

Main responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and address customer questions without delay.
• Introduce and sell products according to each customer’s needs and preferences.
• Share correct details regarding products, prices, timelines, and ordering procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments so customer requests and requirements are clearly understood.
• Document customer contacts, notes, and follow-up actions in internal systems, then monitor them.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through professional, clear, and prompt communication.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction practices.
• Experience improving Customer Experience and efficiently handling inquiries.
• Availability to work night-shift hours.
• Experience in E-commerce or sales is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
