Main Responsibilities

As a Service Desk Support Specialist, you will be the frontline hero ensuring our computer systems and networks run seamlessly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing and configuring a wide range of hardware and software, from computer systems to printers and scanners.
• Managing ticket requests through our Helpdesk system and providing timely resolutions to technical issues.
• Supporting the onboarding of new users, managing account problems, and ensuring security measures are in place.
• Playing an active role in IT projects as needed by the department, contributing your expertise to drive innovation.
• Staying on top of the latest technology trends by testing and evaluating new solutions.
• Demonstrating your analytical prowess in diagnosing and solving technical problems.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in IT Support or a related technical role
• Proficiency in various Desktop Operating Systems.
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician.
• Previous experience in IT Support.
• Strong understanding of software and equipment used in our systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and up-to-date technical knowledge.
