Role Description

The INXHINIER I NDERTIMTARISE will work on-site in Pristina in a full-time capacity, overseeing and coordinating construction projects from planning through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting architectural and structural drawings, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring that construction works comply with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. The role involves supervising construction activities on site, coordinating with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers, and monitoring timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. The engineer will participate in site inspections, resolve technical issues, and propose practical solutions to maintain project efficiency and quality. Additional duties include reporting on project progress, supporting the implementation of innovative construction methods, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in civil/structural engineering principles, including knowledge of construction materials, structural analysis, and building methods.
