What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (minimum 3 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Understanding of finance and banking concepts
- Basic knowledge of databases such as Oracle and MySQL
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage directly with clients and grasp their needs across a range of financial processes
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team environment
- Good command of Italian
- No prior work experience required — this role is open to newcomers
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary link between the client and Armundia's engineering team
- Identify and understand each client's business needs and challenges, translating them clearly for the engineering team while proposing fitting solutions
- Analyze specific banking and financial processes
- Note: this role does not involve technical software development, programming, or coding
