Sales Representatives play a key role in ensuring continuous product availability to pharmacies and warehouses nationwide.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Albania. The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell Apialpharma’s pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers within an assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include visiting healthcare customers, presenting product information, explaining therapeutic benefits, and responding to product-related inquiries. The role involves managing orders, monitoring stock levels, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely supply of medicines and related products. The Medical Sales Representative will also build and maintain long-term relationships, gather market intelligence, report on sales activities, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust with healthcare professionals and support patient-centered service.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and regulatory considerations.
• Candidates should possess good organizational, time management, and territory planning skills to manage visits, follow-ups, and reporting effectively.
• Relevant education in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
• Ability to work on-site across different locations in Albania, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in local language(s) and basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, and office software) to manage customer data and documentation.
