What We’re Looking For:

No experience? No problem — we hire for drive and attitude.

• Fluent in English
• Interest in financial markets and industry trends
• Analytical and able to match candidates to the right roles
• Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, in our office

Your Mission as a Recruiter:

• Identify and connect with top talent
• Build networks across multiple platforms
• Interview and assess candidates for high-profile roles
• Match top candidates with leading firms
• Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients
• Stay up to date on market trends and industry news
• Collaborate with the team to hit and exceed targets
