Our services include bathroom and kitchen renovations, flooring, masonry, painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC installations, architectural planning, and interior layout consultations.
Our projects are managed through AlbNova’s proprietary software platform, which coordinates teams, documentation, scheduling, and quality control. The platform also includes a 3D room planner and a materials catalogue.
Operating in Albania and Italy, AlbNova is part of a wider construction group active across the UAE and Europe. We aim to bring consistent professional standards, practical innovation, and quality execution to residential and commercial projects.
Role Description
AlbNova is looking for a motivated Architecture Intern who is currently completing their university studies, ideally in their final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
This is a learning-focused internship designed for students who want to gain practical experience, develop their design skills, and understand how architectural concepts are translated into real construction projects. Previous professional experience is not required. We value curiosity, commitment, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
The intern will support architectural planning and design for residential renovation projects, contributing to concept development, space planning, interior layouts, technical drawings, and project documentation. They will collaborate with project leads and construction specialists to develop solutions that balance design quality, client needs, budgets, and technical requirements.
The role will also introduce the intern to AlbNova’s internal software platform, providing experience in coordinating design information, materials, project stages, and construction activities.
This opportunity is open to eligible students from all regions of Albania, not only Tirana. The role follows a hybrid working arrangement, with flexibility for remote work where project requirements allow. On-site attendance and working arrangements will be discussed with candidates based on their location and the needs of the internship.
Our goal is to help future architects build practical skills, gain exposure to real projects, and develop a strong foundation for their professional careers.
Qualifications
No previous professional experience is required. We are specifically interested in students who are still studying and want an opportunity to learn through practical work, mentorship, and involvement in real renovation projects.
