Role Description

The Specialist Blerje (Purchasing Specialist) is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana. This position is responsible for managing the purchasing process, including identifying suppliers, requesting and evaluating offers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. The Specialist Blerje will maintain accurate purchasing records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. The role involves daily communication with suppliers and internal departments, negotiating terms, and resolving any issues related to orders, quality, or delivery. The Specialist Blerje will also support continuous improvement of purchasing procedures and contribute to digitalization initiatives within the procurement function.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in purchasing and procurement processes, including supplier identification, price comparison, and order management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Competence in using computer tools and business software (e.g., MS Office, email platforms, and ERP or inventory systems) to manage data and documentation.
• Attention to detail in reviewing offers, contracts, and product specifications, with solid organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic understanding of logistics, inventory control, and supply chain concepts to support efficient product flow and on-time delivery.
• Previous experience in purchasing, sales support, or administrative roles in commercial or industrial companies is an advantage.
• Fluency in Albanian; knowledge of English or other foreign languages is beneficial for communication with international suppliers.
• Preferred education: vocational or university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Tirana, collaborate in a team environment, and uphold customer-focused and quality-oriented company values.
