Revenue Management Assistant for addCar Scandinavia
Location: Tirana — hybrid, 3 days in office | Reports to: Senior Revenue Manager | Experience: 1-3 years
POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and looking to grow your career in revenue management? We are the head office of addCar Scandinavia, an international car rental franchise network with 20 years present on the global market, and we are looking for a Revenue Management Assistant in the Tirana office to help our franchise partners across multiple countries price better and earn more.
You will not be managing a fleet. You will be the person who sees the whole network at once — spotting where demand is shifting, where a partner is generating revenue, and where pricing has drifted away from our corporate standards. You will then work with those partners to fix it.
You will report to our Senior Revenue Manager, who will guide you through our pricing frameworks and systems as you take on increasing ownership of your own markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Network analysis and pricing oversight
- Analyze daily reservation data across franchise markets to identify booking trends, and recommend pricing adjustments in coordination with the Senior Revenue Manager
- Monitor booking pace, demand, utilization, and revenue performance by market against forecast and targets
- Track competitor pricing and market trends in each franchise territory, and flag opportunities or risks to the relevant partner
- Run RMS (Revenue Management System) cross-checks to ensure system recommendations align with forecasted demand
- Identify where local pricing has drifted from corporate guidelines, and work with the partner to bring it back into line
Reporting and data quality
- Perform daily data validation in Power BI and maintain the accuracy of key performance metrics across markets
- Produce and distribute regular performance reports for internal stakeholders and franchise partners, highlighting the insights and actions behind the numbers
- Carry out quality checks on pricing and reservation systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies before they affect bookings
Franchise partner support
- Act as a day-to-day revenue management point of contact for a portfolio of franchise partners, using established playbooks and escalating complex commercial questions to the Senior Revenue Manager
- Deliver training sessions, remote and occasionally on site, to help partners use our internal systems and pricing tools effectively
- Help design and roll out network-wide promotional campaigns, support partner participation, and measure the revenue impact
