Senior B2B Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to own and coordinate full-funnel marketing programs for B2B tech clients — inbound and content-led growth, paid acquisition, ABM engagement, lifecycle nurture and omnichannel campaigns.

This is a client-facing, strategy-and-execution role combining program management, performance analysis and cross-functional coordination. Our clients (cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, automation, enterprise software) operate in competitive markets where pipeline growth and brand clarity are critical.

Key responsibilities

Strategy, positioning and planning

• Develop and manage multi-channel programs aligned with client revenue and pipeline goals
• Own positioning and messaging: value propositions, ICP-specific frameworks, competitive differentiation
• Translate positioning into channel-level briefs across paid, organic, email, ABM and social
• Audit CRM and funnel data to validate ICP segments and identify conversion bottlenecks
• Build program roadmaps and define/test offers by segment, mapped to funnel stage

Program build and coordination

• Translate strategy into program briefs covering ICP, offer, messaging, channels, assets, SLAs and measurement
• Coordinate conversion paths: landing pages, forms, nurture flows, retargeting and sales handoff
• Manage execution across paid media (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), SEO and content, email and lifecycle, ABM, and funnel CRO
• Own timelines, deliverable quality, resource allocation and messaging consistency
• Maintain an experiment backlog with hypotheses, priority and learnings

Performance analysis

• Own a cross-channel performance view across traffic, lead, MQL, SQL and pipeline data
• Develop data-driven hypotheses on performance and growth opportunities
• Track and grow traffic from AI-driven sources (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) as a measurable channel
• Identify funnel bottlenecks and propose optimization initiatives
• Own UTM governance, dashboards, reporting cadence and attribution approach

Client and project ownership

• Act as primary client contact; present plans, performance updates and recommendations
• Manage expectations while identifying growth opportunities and risks
• Allocate and coordinate internal resources (PPC, SEO, design, copy, marketing automation)
