Weekend Content Writer & Community Moderator

Location: Prishtina, Kosove (initially office-based, with the possibility to move to a hybrid-remote setup once full responsibility can be handled independently)

Compensation: €600 NET during the first 3 months of probation, followed by an automatic increase to €800 NET
Schedule: Friday from 19:00 to 03:00 / Saturday-Sunday from 14:00 to 02:00 (12-hour shifts)
Broad LLC is seeking capable, internet-savvy writers to support the creation and management of written content for online communities, with particular emphasis on Reddit and similar discussion-based platforms.
The position is centered almost completely on writing. The selected candidate will publish content, reply to users, follow discussions, and contribute to shaping online conversations in a way that feels natural, human, and suitable for each platform. Since most clients are based in the US, a very strong command of written English is essential.

Compensation
Year-end bonuses are included in this role and depend on performance and consistency.
