BizAway is hiring a Travel Agent (Spanish-speaking)
Your day-to-day involves entering customer information to issue or update bookings, explaining how to use the platform, and walking clients through the rules of each service — hotels, cars, trains and more. Solving concerns quickly and clearly is what makes the difference in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Make reservations for clients through the platform and using our providers
- Respond to client requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests through the platform
- Enter customer information in the system to issue reservations or update bookings
- Explain rules and procedures for using our service on the platform
- Explain rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.)
Basic qualifications:
- At least 2 years of previous experience in the Customer Care industry
- Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in a local travel agency
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Spanish (B2 and up)
- Availability to work in shifts (including night shift from 22:00 to 07:00)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check
