About the role

The Technical Recruiter will oversee the complete recruitment cycle for technical and IT positions, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities with hiring managers. Daily work includes preparing job descriptions, advertising vacancies on suitable platforms, developing talent pipelines, and keeping the candidate database up to date. The position also requires close cooperation with internal stakeholders to clarify hiring needs, carrying out market research related to technical talent, and maintaining a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey. In addition, this role supports the ongoing improvement of recruitment practices and contributes to employer branding efforts aimed at attracting qualified technical professionals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated capability in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring, with experience handling recruitment from start to finish.
• Specialized Technical Recruiting skills, including sourcing and assessing candidates for IT and technology-focused positions.
• Excellent Communication skills, allowing effective interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and online sourcing tools is considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational ability, high attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and the internal database.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
• Good command of English; additional language knowledge, especially German, is an advantage.
• Ability to keep candidates engaged during the full recruitment process.
• Ability to maintain precise data and pipeline tracking in ATS (Recruit CRM).
