Working as a tax professional at EY will equip you with technical expertise and industry experience to support clients in meeting their tax obligations efficiently and improving their financial performance. Responsibilities

• Build expertise in domestic and international taxation.
• Strengthen communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate within a diverse team working across borders.
• Contribute to tax advisory assignments.
• Prepare drafts to a high standard.
• Take part in client meeting discussions and projects involving clients and international EY offices.
• Collaborate with junior colleagues and oversee their work.

Qualifications

• A higher education qualification in tax, law, finance, economics or another relevant discipline.
• A thorough understanding of Albanian Tax legislation.
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in tax, accounting, or another financial consulting and advisory firm.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
• Advanced proficiency in PC software, including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
