What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (minimum 3 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Understanding of finance and banking concepts
• Basic knowledge of databases such as Oracle and MySQL
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage directly with clients and grasp their needs across a range of financial processes
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team environment
• Good command of Italian
• No prior work experience required — this role is open to newcomers

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary link between the client and Armundia's engineering team
• Identify and understand each client's business needs and challenges, translating them clearly for the engineering team while proposing fitting solutions
• Analyze specific banking and financial processes
• Note: this role does not involve technical software development, programming, or coding
