Role Description

The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pristina. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media channels to support Chester Group’s events, campaigns, and media projects. The coordinator will manage daily posting schedules, monitor performance metrics, and respond to audience interactions in a timely, professional manner. The role includes collaborating with marketing, PR, and production teams to align social media messaging with broader communication strategies, supporting live event coverage, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The Social Media Coordinator will also track trends, propose new content ideas, and contribute to digital marketing initiatives that increase visibility and engagement for Chester Group’s projects.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Social Media Content Creation and Writing, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and brand-aligned posts.
Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) and basic analytics tools.
Ability to work on-site in Pristina, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to content and campaign execution.
Prior experience in events, media, PR, or related fields is an advantage.
Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline preferred.
