LS Global Group is a company focused on staffing, outsourcing, and automation across several markets. The organization is expanding a compact but highly skilled internal engineering team that supports AI-based automation, web platforms for clients, and internal tools. This is a senior practical role in which the engineer will collaborate closely with leadership and outside partners while having considerable independence in how tasks are delivered.
Because the team is small, the position requires flexibility. The person in this role will take on varied responsibilities, adapt as business priorities change, and work in an environment with limited formal process. The company values candidates who are motivated by fast-moving and evolving settings, where they can both shape solutions and execute them. The role is not presented as fixed or narrowly defined, and the company emphasizes growth without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
What you’ll be doing
The scope of the work changes alongside business needs. At its center, the role involves turning unclear or open-ended challenges into functioning software and sound technical solutions. In a typical week, this can include:
- Creating and implementing AI-driven automation flows with APIs, agents, and orchestration tools
- Supporting full-stack web application development, from frontend to backend and including deployment
- Joining architecture conversations, reviewing pull requests, and contributing to technical decision-making
- Preparing useful technical materials such as system diagrams, API specifications, and documentation when they serve a real purpose
- Collaborating with stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements and challenge ideas that are not well grounded
- Using tools such as Jira to organize personal work effectively and maintain visibility for others without requiring close supervision
What we’re looking for
AI & Automation
This area is identified as the highest priority. The company is developing workflows that rely on large language models, agents, and service integrations. Candidates should understand this field well enough to make strong architectural choices, rather than only connecting basic API calls.
- Experience building with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and similar tools, including prompt design, tool usage, structured outputs, and context management
- Practical use of AI coding and automation tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or comparable alternatives
- Understanding of open-source models and the situations where tools such as Llama, Mistral, and similar options are appropriate
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks or orchestration approaches, including LangChain, CrewAI, custom agent loops, or equivalent methods
- Experience with automation and integration platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom-built alternatives
Full-Stack Development
Applicants do not need to be specialists in every layer, but they should have real capability across the stack:
- Frontend: React, component architecture, state management, and a solid sense of UI quality
- Backend: Strong command of at least one major language among Node.js, Python, or C#/.NET. The company is flexible regarding language choice, and experience across multiple languages is considered beneficial.
- Databases: Confidence working with both SQL systems like Postgres and MySQL and NoSQL systems such as MongoDB, Redis, or similar, together with an understanding of when each is appropriate
- Cloud & managed services: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including serverless functions, queues or messaging systems such as SQS and Service Bus, managed storage, and deployment pipelines
- APIs: Knowledge of REST design, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, webhooks, and authentication patterns
Communication & Professionalism
The company places equal importance on communication and technical ability. The role involves working within a small team spread across different time zones and interacting with stakeholders who are not engineers. The preferred candidate should communicate clearly in writing, raise blockers early, ask thoughtful questions, and reliably follow through. This is not a role suited to someone who works in isolation for long periods without updating others.
Nice to have
- Experience using UI component libraries such as Material UI, shadcn/ui, and Tailwind
- Familiarity with vector databases or RAG architectures, including Pinecone, Weaviate, and pgvector
- Basic DevOps exposure, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and environment management
- Some experience reading or writing infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar tools
- Previous experience in consulting, agency work, or a multi-client environment
