We are now looking for a motivated Sales Specialist, someone sharp, self-driven, and ready to work with our sales team. If you thrive on variety and move fast, this is your role.

Find and qualify new B2B clients through LinkedIn, calls, referrals and events
Follow up on incoming leads from the website and marketing
Hold first meetings to understand the client’s business and needs
Present Odoo and Zero’s services, with support from our analysts on demos
Prepare offers and financial proposals together with the implementation team
Negotiate terms and close deals
Keep every lead and deal up to date in Odoo CRM
Follow up with existing clients on renewals, new modules and support
Hand over signed clients smoothly to the implementation team
Report results weekly/monthly to the Sales Director

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field
2+ years in B2B sales (software, IT or services)
Proven experience closing deals, not only generating leads
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent Albanian and English, written and spoken
Comfortable meeting business owners and managers
Organized and consistent with follow-ups
Proactive — creates opportunities instead of waiting for them
Results-driven and comfortable working with targets
Full-time, in-office, no competing work obligations

Experience selling ERP, CRM or other business software
Familiarity with Odoo
Existing network in the Albanian or Kosovo business market
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Basic understanding of business processes (finance, inventory, sales)
