The company is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join the team of its partners in Libya. This role offers involvement in important international projects and provides valuable international exposure, making it a strong opportunity for candidates aiming to grow professionally and expand their career prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out quality audits and oversee adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Prepare and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while reviewing current processes.
- Assess and track the guest experience.
- Perform root cause analysis, determine corrective measures, and monitor their implementation.
- Review data and workflows to spot opportunities for improving quality and increasing organizational efficiency.
- Explain quality standards to staff members and deliver appropriate training.
- Supervise the application of procedures and standards while maintaining a strong focus on integrity and detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
