Project Manager - New Services
Location: Prishtine, Kosovo — the role starts as office-based, with the possibility of increased flexibility later on.
Employment Type: Full-time, salaried
Salary: Starting from EUR 1,500 NET/month, based on experience
Working Hours: The schedule is mainly coordinated with U.S. business hours, usually 15:00-23:00 Kosovo time.
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned, well-structured, and initiative-driven Project Manager to oversee both internal and client-facing work tied to new services, operations, product rollouts, and process enhancement efforts.
This position is centered on projects rather than a standard fixed 8-hour shift. Because many clients are located in the U.S., meetings and collaboration generally take place between 15:00-23:00 Kosovo time. The daily workload will be shaped by project demands, deadlines, and scheduled meetings, rather than requiring uninterrupted work during that full time span.
At the beginning, the role will be mainly office-based in Prishtine, with the potential for more flexibility as time progresses.
What You'll Do
- Oversee several projects from the planning stage through to final delivery.
- Handle schedules, competing priorities, stakeholders, and key deliverables.
- Organize coordination between internal teams and communication with clients.
- Detect obstacles, address issues, and ensure projects continue advancing.
- Assist with launching new services and improving operations.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of verified experience in project management.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven background in managing cross-functional and/or client-facing projects.
- Strong professional communication skills and the ability to produce project documentation.
- Familiarity with project management tools and structured workflows.
- Professional references or reference letters must be available if requested.
- Experience in a startup, high-growth, operations, or service-based environment is strongly preferred.
