TEB is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Network and Security Systems Officer in the IT Department, at the Head Office in Prishtina.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining the network infrastructure and security systems to ensure availability, performance and reliability.
• Configuring and troubleshooting network devices, connectivity, routing and switching.
• Administering firewall policies, VPN connections and network security controls.
• Maintaining Network Access Control (NAC) and Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions.
• Identifying and resolving complex network and security incidents.
• Monitoring system performance, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Participating in infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations and the implementation of new solutions.
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, procedures and network diagrams.
• Following updates to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Handling incidents, service requests and change requests in line with key performance indicators (KPIs) and defined procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with internal security policies and following up on audit findings.
• Supporting high availability, disaster recovery and business continuity requirements.
• Keeping the supervisor informed about ongoing activities, incidents and potential risks.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree (Bachelor) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in networking and network security.
