TEB Sh.A. is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of IT Telco Intern, to be recruited in Head Office/Prishtinë.

Main responsibilities:

• Following new developments and innovations related to the banking sector and technology, evaluating their benefits and sharing them with upper title
• Making research about companies to get service and their solutions
• Following existing developments and also international developments
• Preparing ongoing project reports which are demanded
• All tasks, requests, incidents and changes should be issued and managed over SDP
• In related subjects, preparing periodical reports and submitting them to the Supervisor or IT Manager
• Protecting all IT passwords, equipment, keys and confidential documents which are given
• Keeping appearance of working environment proper with our bank's image and reputation
• Evaluating messages and duties coming via e-mail or other work flows and fulfilling requirements
• Meeting with staff under his/her title in a period, evaluating and performing proposals
• Informing and leading staff under his/her title about new developments and changes
• Following, eliminating and preventing repetition of problems defined in audit reports
• Providing quality and service standards in projects/duties
• Applying data security policies and rules while realizing any functions in his/her responsibility

Qualifications required:

• Last year students for Bachelor's degree
• Excellent team member
• Required knowledge of MS Office
