Le Olive is a rapidly expanding Dutch lifestyle brand focused on personalised sleepwear, loungewear, and gifts. The company serves customers throughout Europe and continues to enter additional markets.
To support this international expansion, Le Olive is seeking an Influencer & Creator Marketing Coordinator who will contribute to the growth of the German and French markets through influencer marketing and effective social content.
YOUR ROLE
In this position, you will identify, manage, and develop a network of creators and influencers for the German and French markets. You will also oversee their content output and ensure a steady stream of high-quality creative assets for marketing campaigns.
You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and have a key part in strengthening Le Olive's presence in Germany and France.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source and engage influencers and UGC creators for the German and French markets.
- Develop and sustain long-term partnerships with creators.
- Manage both gifted and paid collaborations.
- Create clear creative briefs and campaign instructions.
- Plan and oversee creator content throughout the entire process.
- Carry out basic video editing with CapCut or comparable tools.
- Check local marketing materials to make sure they are suitable for the German and French markets.
- Keep track of social media trends and spot new opportunities with creators.
- Cooperate with the marketing team to keep improving campaign results.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication abilities in English.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or social media.
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to handle several projects at the same time.
- Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram.
- Basic video editing ability using CapCut or similar software.
- A proactive and practical approach, with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of German and/or French is considered a significant advantage, though it is not mandatory.
