Role Description
The Human Resources Manager role at Apetit Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Obilic. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and supporting a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment. The Human Resources Manager will manage employee relations, handle conflict resolution, support training and development initiatives, and collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational culture. The position also involves maintaining accurate HR documentation, monitoring HR metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR practices in a dynamic food production setting.
