The company is currently seeking an HR Manager to join the team of its partners in Libya. This position offers the chance to contribute to important international projects and to build valuable experience in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee leadership functions and coordinate team management.
• Handle HR administration and support employee relations.
• Manage payroll processes and attendance records.
• Ensure compliance with labor law requirements.
• Supervise HR systems and workforce analytics.
• Demonstrate strong organizational ability and effective problem-solving.
• Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
