Barrière is seeking an Head Bartender.

Ahead of the grand opening of the Casino Barrière Tirana in December 2026, we are seeking a passionate Head Bartender [or Bar Manager] to lead our beverage experience. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee operations across our 3 dynamic bars and inspire a talented team of around 8 staff member.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure high-quality bar service and beverage preparation, adhering strictly to Barrière Group standards.
• Craft cocktails with precision, consistency, and flair.
• Manage inventory, conduct stock counts, and oversee order replenishment.
• Validate billing and verify the cash float for each shift.
• Enforce strict compliance with shift opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Do you handle a cocktail shaker with flair? Do you know a thousand and one cocktail recipes and wear a smile in any circumstance? If so, you are surely the talent we are looking for!

Your experience in the hospitality industry and your strong customer-centric mindset are your greatest assets.

Bilingual in Portuguese, with proficiency in English being highly appreciated to communicate effectively with both our local and tourist clientele.

Additional Information

• Contract Details: position available mid-november.
• Base Salary: €1200 net per month.
