Established in Prishtina in 2013, MELLON Kosova is a subsidiary of Mellon Technologies and belongs to Mellon Group of Companies. The company provides specialized technological solutions and value-added services that address the growing needs of financial institutions and organizations handling substantial consumer transactions, including Retail Banks, Public Utilities, Telecommunications Providers and large Private Companies.

As part of its expansion, Mellon Albania is seeking to recruit Field and Lab Service Engineers immediately to maintain and support its product portfolio. This includes electronic card acceptance machines (EFT/POS), cash dispense machines (ATM’s), queuing systems, cash management machines and other equipment, with activities outlined below:

Field work involves site visits for installation and maintenance, including fault diagnosis, repairs and the replacement of specific spare parts following dedicated training.
Laboratory repairs involve corrective work on electronic or mechanical components following dedicated training.

Respond to on-call requests to repair equipment affected by faults or breakdowns.
Diagnose faults and repair electronic systems and subsystems in the laboratory, identifying when assigned equipment cannot be repaired.
Resolve computer hardware faults and update software configurations using written instructions or guidance from support personnel.
Act as the technical specialist for the operation, capabilities and support of assigned electronic equipment, and train supervisors and operators on products and their operation.
Follow maintenance procedures and keep the parts and tools required for repairs readily available.
Advise supervisors on measures that could prevent or reduce field maintenance difficulties and operational problems.

Expertise in operating and supporting electronic equipment.
Knowledge of how to use a Digital Multimeter and soldering irons.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, operators and customers.
Willingness to work wherever Mellon Albania operates and to travel abroad for training.
A University Degree in Engineering, with Mechanical Engineering preferred, together with electronics knowledge or relevant technical skills.
At least 3 years of experience performing mechanical/technical work and repairing and maintaining equipment, including electronic systems.
Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
A driving license and a clean driving record that meets insurance requirements.
