Zero is the first official Odoo Partner in the Balkans. We implement Odoo ERP for major institutions and leading businesses across the region.

We are expanding our internal team and looking for a Finance Specialist to support the financial operations of Zero and contribute to the company’s growth.

What will you do

With a background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Informatics, you will work closely with our finance department, support daily financial operations, and help ensure accurate financial processes inside the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting and financial operations
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and cost analysis
• Track expenses, revenues, and financial KPIs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Collaborate with management on budgeting and internal controls
• Assist in implementing and improving internal financial processes

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Informatics
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Good English (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Fast learner, motivated, and organized

Nice to Have

• Experience with accounting software (Odoo, Navision, Financa5, etc.)
• Knowledge of taxes, invoicing, reconciliation, or financial reporting
• Strong Excel skills
• Curiosity for ERP systems or financial automation
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
